Delete your Patuva account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app: Profile → Delete account. If you can’t use the app, submit your account email below and we’ll process the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, bio and photo.
- Your vehicle details and ride preferences.
- Trips you have posted that haven’t happened yet, your ride requests, route alerts and reviews you wrote.
What we keep, and why
Records of completed bookings and payments are kept in a de-identified form for the period required by accounting, tax and fraud-prevention law. They are no longer linked to your profile. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You must cancel or complete any active bookings first.
